The infrastructure specific to sportswear is a complete chain right from the manufacturing of yarns to manufacturing of garments.
The basic yarns are sourced from the best brands in the world and strictly as per our specifications.  We have our own Saurer-Hamel Elasto-twisters unit with a capacity to produce 60000 kgs. of yarn per month.  Next we have our own weaving unit which has Dornier/Vamatex Rapier looms to produce 1,20,000 meters of fabric per month.  The processing unit is under contract and supervised by our own staff to eliminate any possibility of defects or poor quality.
We now have state of the art garment manufacturing unit which can produce 50,000 sports pants/breeches per month.  The capacity will go up to 1,00,000 pieces per month by the end of December, 2010.
All units are well maintained and a great deal of importance is give to social compliance and staff welfare.
